About Us

image473

We are a podcast made by and for people in the mid-stage of their career (aka Middlests) because we can’t be the only ones who haven’t developed their 15-year plan!

Because we’ve heard so much about the journeys of business heroes/mavens but very little about what it feels like when you’re not there yet.

We aim to provide a sense of community and tangible advice for people who are in the middle of their careers.
